This is a Public record of the wrong done to me in my opinion in dealing with companies that have provided less than acceptable service or products.
This is where people whom do me wrong wind up.

If you don't want to land here then I suggest you be honest and up front with people. Don't Jerk people around. Do Not try and cheat your customers and most of all Communicate!!!
We have a new company to put here.
This time it is my X hosting company I Power Web and it's alleged association to Start Logic
I Power Web.
I started out with I Power back in 2002. They came highly recommended and for several years were satisfactory in performance. However after about 2005 service started slipping. You would wait and wait on the phone for help and I was constantly subjected to slow connect speeds and buggy software. They lost Email made unauthorized changes to my site. I put up with the slow speeds and buggy software but I finally drew a line in the sand when it took them several days to get email working after they messed it up in the first place. I also was fed up with unsatisfactory service.
Imagine this, You lock your password out on a Friday night. You call tech support only to find out there is a 50 to 70 minute wait in queue just to talk to a tech. I tried the online chat and that was just as bad as any other method. So I have only 1 option left and that is to email and request a password reset. I ask you would you consider having to wait all weekend just to get a password reset. I tell you what I would not!!!
Each time I tried to contact support I was met with long delays, rude customer reps and genuine outright lies just to get me to call back later. It would be a minimum of 24 to 48 hours for a response from customer support before anything was done. Add that to the fact you couldn't get a straight honest answer from anyone.
Now we move back a month or so in time here. I finally got fed up and started to look for a new host. I found what I thought was a better host. That host is Start Logic. The first 2 or three times I contacted Start logic all was fine. Then Start Logic started acting just like I Power. I did some investigating and then asked an I Power rep what the business relationship was between I Power and Start Logic. The rep said not affiliated with Start logic in no way shape or form. Remember that fact ok?
During the transition process from I Power to Start Logic I was encountering stumbling blocks and a significant amount of NON cooperation on I Powers part. Mind you I was constantly reminding I Power I was moving to a different platform.
So a process that should have been painless was now dragging on near 2 weeks. I finally get set up with my new host and then I start getting Emails from I power just as if I had never left. I kept reminding them I was no longer a customer but it seems to fall on deaf ears. Now they are telling me that to remove them I need to send further written requests. I responded to them again and said I was gone as a customer. I even get an Email from support that said we were sorry for any problems and would I consider coming back.. What do you think my answer was. I said no and told them to make no more attempt to contact me and to leave me alone.
So what happens again? I get emails, this morning they called my home and when I attempted to contact the extension to tell them again to quit bothering me and their phone system was so confusing I couldn't get anyone except some ready to sell me a hoisting plan! This latest person could barley speak English was rude, and kept talking over me. At this point I have gathered up my correspondence documentation and I sent an Email back to them explaining the error of their ways!
Now we are playing the waiting game. To see if they leave me alone or they insist on pissing me off and forcing me to file harassment charges. If I have to travel to Phoenix AZ where they say there based I will without hesitation. After all there are several round trips a day there from Seattle's SEA TAC airport..
If you think about it this is just amazing they have such little organization and control. If they would just set there and look at what they have in front of them they would see the error of there ways.
So until I have an apology and a written statement that they will quit bothering me I will leave this up on my website. If you are considering having I Power Web or Start Logic for your webhosting I would say RUN RUN RUN far away from these companies.
